The Marina City Council met in December of 2019. The Council voted unanimously to approve the final two Phases of The Dunes on Monterey Bay. We attended that meeting. Progress toward breaking ground is well on its way and obvious to anyone driving on Imjin Parkway near the freeway. The eyesore barracks are being dismantled.
